All That Scraps Wednesdays Challenge

Here is my creation for All That Scraps Wednesdays Challenge.  Today's challenge is Birthday theme.  I used C.C. Designs Sugar "Cuppie".  Colored her with my Copics.  Cut it out with Spellbinder's Eyelet Circles and airbrushed it.  Layered her onto an embossed Cuttlebug Birthday piece of cardstock.  Added ribbon and buttons.  This is a quick card for your special birthday someone in your life.  Stop on by the blog and see what the other designers made.  You can play along and win.  Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day.
