All That Scraps Wednesdays Challenge. This card was created using C.C. Designs "Swiss Pixies" Bouquet Brigitta. She is just adorable. I colored her with Copics. Cut her out and layered her onto Lifestyle Crafts "Balloons". This make a quick whimsical card for any occasion.
