All That Scraps Wednesdays Challenge. I created this card using C.C Designs Sugar "September" and Sugarplums "Snowy Fence". I colored them with my Copics. The clouds are from Sizzix and the flowers were punched from Stampin' Up's punch. Hope you enjoyed today's creation.
